The range has been developed specifically for motorsport, performance automotive systems, prototype vehicle builds, and low-volume production runs. The launch is the latest result of the company’s continued investment in new product development and its commitment to engineering-led innovation.
VibraMesh® is a self-assembly metallic vibration isolator that delivers exceptional vibration damping and thermal resistance in demanding environments where conventional rubber or polymer isolators fail. Manufactured using advanced knitted wire mesh, VibraMesh® absorbs and dissipates vibration energy while maintaining mechanical integrity at high temperatures, making it ideal for exhaust systems, turbocharger assemblies, catalytic converters, and heat shields.
A key differentiator of VibraMesh® is its accessibility for engineers and builders working on specialist or low-volume projects. The isolator is supplied ex-stock, requires zero tooling costs, and can be installed manually using simple hand tools. This allows for rapid deployment, reduced upfront spending, and shorter development timelines.

VibraMesh® is available with a range of customisation options, including alternative materials, fastener sizes, damping characteristics, and temperature capabilities up to 1000°C using high-temperature alloys. This ensures the isolator can be tailored to specific application frequencies and operating conditions.
