DroneStop® is a high-performance physical Counter-UAS (C-UAS) solution developed, manufactured and tested by KnitMesh Technologies in the UK. Designed for military, defence, prison security and Critical National Infrastructure (CNI) applications, DroneStop® provides a lightweight, high-strength physical barrier to help protect people, assets and infrastructure from hostile and unauthorised drones.

 

 

DroneStop® Counter-UAS Shield Overview

Developed to complement electronic, detection and procedural counter-drone measures, DroneStop® provides an additional layer of passive physical protection as part of a layered Counter-UAS strategy. Its engineered stainless steel knitted wire mesh creates a robust physical barrier against drone threats while maintaining visibility, natural light and day-to-day operational effectiveness.

DroneStop® has been developed specifically for demanding defence and security environments where the evolving threat posed by unmanned aerial systems requires a practical, durable and scalable response.

The lightweight stainless steel mesh can be integrated with existing security infrastructure and deployed as either a permanent Counter-UAS installation or a rapid-response drone protection solution. Durable and low maintenance, DroneStop® supports a defence-in-depth approach to drone security without unnecessarily restricting visibility or normal site operations.
