As many of KnitMesh’s products are applied in the automotive industry, KnitMesh has a dedicated test cell for the analysis of component behaviour when exposed to vibrating high-temperature conditions.

Components are mounted on customised induction-heated jigs and mechanically fatigued to a preset number of cycles (from tens to millions of cycles). The article can then be analysed to determine the effects of the test and an estimate of product life expectancy obtained.
