The Olympic torch relay came to North Wales today and as it travelled by, everyone at KnitMesh held their breath in awe, pride and a little bit of nervousness.
Why, you might ask? Well we need to be a little careful here as you’re not allowed to use Olympic-related news stories in marketing or promotional material, but there’s a piece of our knitted wire mesh in each one of the 8000 torches that have been made for the 2012 Olympics.
That’s about all we’re allowed to say, but seeing the smiles of everyone who carries one of these torches on its journey around the UK and Ireland, makes everyone here at KnitMesh mighty pleased.
