Realising that additional support was needed, we invested in a comprehensive well-being strategy. This included partnering with a benefit provider that offers an Employee Assistance Programme (EAP), Wellbeing Platform, Digital Gym, Wellbeing Series, Virtual GP Service, and a discount portal to assist employees in various aspects of their well-being.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h5 style=\"text-align: left; color: #d31945;\">Q: Can you explain what the Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) is and how it supports the mental well-being of KnitMesh Technologies employees?<\/h5>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 17px; color: #000000;\">The EAP provides employees with 24\/7 access to mental health professionals via phone, live chat, WhatsApp, and more.
