I started working in the automotive industry as a New Product Development Engineer \u00a0for Amar Autotech Pvt. Ltd. After several promotions, I became the Plant Head in 2021. In 2024, I joined KnitMesh Technologies, extending my expertise to spearhead their newly relocated Indian manufacturing facility as Plant Head in Haryana.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h5 style=\"text-align: left; color: #d31945;\">Q: What does a typical day look like for you in your role?<\/h5>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 17px; color: #000000;\">Overseeing the KnitMesh India plant is my main responsibility. My day might include conducting customer and supplier meetings, collaborating across departments, driving improvement initiatives, and ensuring we meet our production targets and strategic goals. The scope is broad, but focusing on efficiency and quality is always at the core.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h5 style=\"text-align: left; color: #d31945;\">Q: What are your immediate plans for KnitMesh India?<\/h5>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 17px; color: #000000;\">My primary focus is on two fronts: enhancing operational efficiency and fostering a culture of continuous improvement among our team. Improving our production processes will allow us to increase our output without compromising the quality our knitted wire mesh is known for. I also plan to invest in training and development for our team members, ensuring that they are equipped with the latest skills and techniques.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h5 style=\"text-align: left; color: #d31945;\">Q: How do you see KnitMesh India fitting into the larger KnitMesh Technologies global network, and what unique contributions do you feel the India site brings to the table?<\/h5>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 17px; color: #000000;\">Our facility in Haryana strengthens the global KnitMesh Technologies network by offering lower production costs, a robust workforce, improved lead times, and a strategic location for global shipping.
